Unlike traditional ice cream, which contains sugar and dairy, this turmeric ice cream gets its sweetness from banana, and its creamy texture from coconut milk.

TURMERIC ICE CREAM RECIPE

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Golden Mellow mix

• 2 frozen ripe bananas

• ¼ cup coconut milk

 

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
